Not used and in its original state.
The labels are all present and the original packaging is intact.
Except for the categories of goods listed below.
The order number or purchase voucher needs to be presented.

Promotional/discounted products: If the received goods are damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong items, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods.
